Overview

This page is like a dashboard of your property. You can have quick view of your Rent Due, Tenancy Alert,Maintainance Task and Viewing or Appointment alert. See the demo page below-

Create Management Fee



To create Management fee click on the section called 'Admin'. There you will get 'Management Fee' Tab. Click on that Tab, you will get a Default page shown below.

 

If you want to edit the Managemnt charge there you always can edit.  

 



 

 

Add Landlord

To add Landlord click on 'Landlord' section. Then click on the ADD LANDLORD tab. The page shown below will come. Here you can put the landlord name and his contact details. Then save the page. Now you have succeessfully added new Landlord.

Add Property

Step 1-

To add property go to the 'Property' section. Then Click on 'Add Property'. There you get Three  options which is shown below-

Step -2

Here you can choose the type of property you want to add. If you choose to add Standalone Property click on the button and you will get a page which is shown below. There you can fill up the details about the property what you are adding. Save the page and your property is successfully added

Step-3

If you want to add a number of Block or House in Multiple Occupency choose the second option or third option respectively. There you will get the below shown page. If you are adding for first time then choose the first option on that page or if you are adding new units to the existing HMO/Block then choose the second option on that page. Then click next button.

Step-4

After that you will enter into the property details page. Here you enter the details of that particuler property. And you can also assign the property to a particular Branch and its

Branch staff (i.e Branch manager or any staff of that particular Branch). Then click on the Next button.

Step - 5

After that you enter into the Type of Property page where you can choose the Unit type you desire to add(i.e House no. Flat no. Bay no. etc.). Then you choose the unit number (i.e 1-9, 23-43 etc.). If you wish you can choose suffix also like 1a,1b. Remember if you are choosing two suffix and you given unit as 1-5, then it will create 10 properties like-

1a,1b,2a,2b......

Step- 6

Then you will get the confirmation page. Click on the Finish button and your properties are successfully added. See the demo page below-

Add Tenants

To add Tenant go to the 'Tenant' section. Click on the 'Add Tenant button'. There you can fill up all the data of the particular Tenant (i.e name, contact details etc.).

Create Tenancy Agreement

Step-1 To create Tenancy agreement go to Property section. Then choose the desired property. If it is a Standalone property then click on the Tenancies tab. If it is a Block/ HMO then first choose the property and then Click on the Unit Details tab. Choose the unit for which you want to make Agreement. Take a look at the demo page -

Step-2

After choosing property now click on the Add Tenancy button. The avobe page will open. You can add new tenant or if you have already added tenant then you select the desired one from the dropdown list. In this page one important thing is Deposit section. Here you can choose any one from the given options. Remember after signing Agreement you can not change the details.

 

Then click on the Create Tenancy button. You have successfully created Tenancy.



Collect Deposit

Second task of the Tenancy is to take Deposit. To do so you will get a page after creating Tenancy. On the right side of the page there is a button called Take Deposit. Click on it.

After taking the deposit you need to check whether the Agreement is signed. If the agreement is signed then choose the date on which agreement is signed and click on the Button called Mark Agreement Signed. Demo page is shown below.

Collect Rent

After signing the agreement you will go to the next step. To collect the rent, click on the button 'Receive Rent' on the right side of the page. Check the below page-

Add Suppliers

To add supplier go to the Supplier section. There click on the Add Supplier tab. A page will appear there you can fill all the available details of the Supplier.Click on the Save Supplier button. Now you have successfully added a supplier.

 

 

 

 

Add Contacts

To add a New Contact go to the Contact section and then click on the Add New Contact tab. Now you will get a page where you can add the details of the contact. If you wish you can also their financial details and add a Note also by clicking Financial and Notes Tab respectively.

 

 

 

 

Create an Appointment

To Create an appointment go to the Calender section. Then right click on the desired date you want to make an appointment. There you will get different options, you choose which is applicable to you. If you have selected a New appointment option then a page will pop up. There you can put all the details about your appointment.  

 

 

 

Add a Viewing

To create a viewing do the same thing as like avobe section 'Create an appointment'. Then on the Appointment Detalis page go to the Category and Select Viewing from the Drop down list. Now click OK and you have successfully added Viewing.
